We Plan and Gather

At this stage, a website design questionnaire form is sent to the client to get every information that will be needed to start the project. Through this, we get a clear picture of the goals and objectives of your website project.

From the information the client has provided, we draw up a step by step plan, outlining the tasks we would be undertaking, the purpose for the tasks, the tools to be used and the end result.

The number of pages, sub pages and pretty much everything that would be on your website. At this stage, the total cost of the project and the turn around time will be outlined and am estimate sent. Once the client approves it, 50% of the total cost will be sent to our account. Payment is made through Zelle, PayPal or Bank Deposit/Transfer. Then we move to the next stage which is to Gather

Gather

Next, we’ll collect all the content, log in details, images and every other important information that is needed for the website.

Information you need to give us are

· text for the site – page text

· any documents for download from your site ready to upload in .pdf or .doc format

· images

. slogan or USP

· videos for your site

· logo or other branding materials

· log in credentials for your domain or other accounts

· other things that come up as the process moves along

We would get the WordPress layout that is appropriate for the website, content & functionality planning. Then we start the website.
